SERVICES AND RATES
Here at Lifted Counselling & Consulting, we adhere to the fee schedule recommended by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) in order to ensure you are receiving services that are fair and comparable.
COUNSELLING RATES
Individual Counselling (50 minute session): $150
Family or Couples Counselling (50 minute session): $175
General Group Counselling (per hour): $60 per individual - excludes specialized groups such as DBT
Phone consultation and coaching (per minute): $2.50
*Fees outlined do not include GST.
Rates are negotiable and will be discussed prior to treatment. We accept most major credit cards, debit interac, or cash. Payment is due at the end of each session for individual, family or couple counselling, consultations, skills coaching, and single group counselling sessions. Payment for multi-session group counselling are due at sign up.
INSURANCE BILLING
If you have coverage through an extended health plan, please note that currently some insurers don’t allow us to direct bill, they typically require clients pay and submit receipts for reimbursement.

Speaking, presentation, seminar, workshop and webinar rates are dependent on your specific needs. Please contact us to find a consultation service that best suits your business, school, or family.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We understand that unforeseen events occur at times. We offer the following cancellation policy to ensure you are not penalized for life's surprises.
No cancellation fee will be charged in the case of cancelling an in-person appointment if you are sick. If you are showing any symptoms of any sickness, please stay home and either cancel or switch your in-person appointment to online or telephone.
For Individual, Couples and Family Therapy/Coaching Sessions:
Cancellations or rescheduling can be made 48 hours prior to session time without incurring additional fees. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 48 hours of session time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. There is no penalty for cancellation due to illness if notice was given 8 hours prior to the start of the appointment time. Cancellation or rescheduling due to illness within an 8 hour period will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows without notice will incur full payment of fees.
For Phone Consultations:
Cancellations or rescheduling can be made 24 hours prior to session time without incurring additional fees. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 24 hours of session time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows without notice will incur full payment of fees.
For Group Counselling:
Cancellations or rescheduling can be made two weeks prior to first group session without incurring additional fees. Cancellations and rescheduling made within two weeks of session time will incur a 80% cancellation fee. No shows without notice will incur full payment of fees.
For Custom Training and Workshops:
Cancellations can be made twelve weeks prior to a scheduled workshop or training event without incurring additional fees. Cancellations made between twelve and two weeks prior to a scheduled workshop or training event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the two weeks to 24 hours prior to a scheduled workshop or training event will incur an 80% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours prior to a scheduled workshop or training event will incur full payment of fees.
Please note: the refund of travel, accommodation, catering, and/or facility or equipment rental fees (if applicable) within the prescribed intervals noted above are subject to the cancellation policies of the organization or company they are arranged through and may not be able to be refunded.
